Emes Invoices is operated by EMES DISTRIBUTION 1 LLC, 8 Forest Ave, Monroe, NY 10950 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Emes Invoices app and website collect and how it is used.

What we collect

Account information - your name, email address and business details when you create an account.
Business data you enter - customers, products, prices, invoices, payments, routes and inventory that you record in the app. This data belongs to you.
Usage and device data - basic technical information (device type, app version, error logs) used to keep the app working and fix problems.

How we use it

To provide the service: creating invoices, tracking payments, planning routes and syncing your data across your devices.
To communicate with you about your account, support requests and important service notices.
To improve reliability and fix bugs.

What we never do

We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
We do not use your business data for advertising.
We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers that run the app (cloud hosting and payment processing), and only as needed to operate the service.

Your data and your customers

If you enter information about your own customers (names, addresses, balances), you are responsible for having the right to do so. We process that data only to provide the service to you.

Data retention and deletion

Your business data is kept while your account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except where records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your business information is a core part of how the app is built.
