Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Emes Invoices, provided by EMES DISTRIBUTION 1 LLC, 8 Forest Ave, Monroe, NY 10950 ("we", "us"). By using the app or website you agree to them.

The service

Emes Invoices provides tools for distributors: invoicing, customer and route management, payment tracking and inventory. We may add, change or remove features as the product improves.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate business information when signing up.
You control which people in your organization get access and what they can do.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. You grant us the right to store and process it only to operate the service for you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, prices, taxes and records you create, and for complying with the tax and record-keeping rules that apply to your business.

Payments and fees

Subscription fees, if any, are shown before you are charged. Payment processing in the app is handled by third-party processors under their own terms; we never trigger refunds automatically and will always confirm with you first.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to access other businesses' data, no interfering with the app's operation.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits) arising from use of the service.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
